I decided to put together a shared memory card file for DuckStation that contains complete save files for a lot of fighting games. The games are as listed:
Ehrgeiz Arcade Mode*
Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha*
Street Fighter EX2 Plus*

Gundam Battle Assault 2
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Tobal No. 1
Tobal 2
Bloody Roar 2
X-Men Vs. Street Fighter
Marvel Vs. Capcom
Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter
Rival Schools both discs
Bushido Blade 2
* = Indicates a game that doesn't auto-load the save file at the start, and must be manually loaded in for the save to be activated.
Just toggle the shared memory card checkbox in the Memory Card settings, put it into your memcards folder for Duckstation and overwrite the file it makes, and have fun!
