This is the software developed and distributed with 3DS Capture Cards by Katsukity alongside it's unsigned windows Drivers which are required in order to use their capture card
Please note, that the drivers need to be installed before plugging in the capture card! As it is a giant PIA to uninstall the ones that windows installs automatically and replace with the unsigned drivers included
