Planet Puzzle League Lip's level

I created an xml file for use with the M3 real to access the locked out level in planet puzzle league using the Action Replay code to access the level. I've had problems with 2.9 (it freezed endlessly) not sure if it's a card issue or just software but none the less I'd upgrade to 3.0. Anyway I hope this helps people (note this is for the US version of the game, I don't think it will work with the european version).
