Kernel for R4i Gold 3DS RTS (also works with plus).
Unzip the contents to the root of your microSD card and copy some games to it.
Then put the microSD card into your flashcart and voila!
It should work perfectly.
I have included an improved English translation, as the default one isn't very good.
