the file can be edited as a normal text file. try reading the file for more information.
place the file into the NDSGBA folder and not into any sub folders of that folder.
IE:
./NDSGBA/game_config.txt
EDIT:
fixed upload by archiving .txt file so users no longer have to copy/paste the contents into a txt file. 7z is required to un-zip the file.
