you could restore the backup of your sysnand before you hacked it and it should make it "clean" that's what i did when i switched to emunand so my sysnand has always been clean and i'm still not banned. I play online every so often

You're definitely right! This nsp update file is very suspicious. OP should look for another source for his firmware update, which is easy to find. It should be a zip or rar file containing all these .nca files.
