Got the update and still no luck :( I have no idea wtf happened.
Nevermind. Fixed it. the JNUSTool worked, I thought I used the data downloaded from it but I used the UWizard one on accident. Yay!!
Why the heck when I load it it says "ERROR No data was found." but it has been working fine before, I haven't used it in a few weeks and all the sudden this happens. What gives?
The directory is correct and all.
So can you add Mii Fighters to the online roster? I attempted to change a character so it launches Mii Fighter instead, but I think the other person saw the character it actually was and it caused a desync. I'll look into it a bit more I guess.
Oooooh so IOSU is more powerful than Kernel?? I didn't know this. I want USB loading SO BAD! It's just not the same having the games on SD, and it's a lot slower than USB would be I feel.
I thought so, so that's awesome! That means we have total access, right? Running the whole web browser -> kernel exploit -> web browser -> whatever you want to launch is pretty annoying to do. Why is the exploit so temporary? It'd be cool to be able to like stop system updates and tweak things...
I'm not quite sure if the new exploit is kernel or IOSU, but will there be a way to hack the Wii U similar to the Wii, installing Homebrew channel directly on it and such? And getting system modifications? Or is that not possible with the current exploit / with Wii U as a whole?
VR had the chance to integrate with existing games and tech but VR companies said "NO, I WANT MY SHIT TO BE STANDALONE AND MY GAMES EXCLUSIVE TO FACEBOOK"
Back when Oculus Rift was still starting out and being demoed around, they modded existing games to use it as a 360° immersive screen thing and that was AMAZING.
The tech isn't there for affordable power enough VR headsets at a good market value yet sadly, oculus had a good idea but didn't have enough funds for marketing iirc
But now it's "can I use my VR set with my racing games, that would be neat?" "ONLY IF YOU USE OUR DILDOSTICK CONTROLLERS AND RUN THE GAME ON OUR ANDROID-UNDERPOWERED BRICK"
These are the same type of gamers that spend $2,000 on a GPU when a $600 GPU gives nearly the same outcome which is what the market looks at for them to do spend more on unneeded bs
