Sounds to me like the SD card is dying, because the DSi Sound app shouldn't be corrupting your SD card. Follow this guide to reformat and check for errors: https://dsi.cfw.guide/sd-card-setup.html- RocketRobz

If you tried updating using Universal-Updater, that does not work, as of currently. Please use the manual method instead. (EDIT: Should be fixed as of v27.3.2) If the issue persists, delete TWiLight Menu++ from the FBI title list, and try installing again. If the issue still persists, please...- RocketRobz
