Post stuff in serious manner and you should get serious answers. Filter out the rest in your mind.
A lot of very smart people are here, but the humor many of them show needs getting used to.

After a while you will be able to ignore useless (not-)information like static noise/white noise.

But… going outside is not something I would call boring. Don't limit yourself to one kind of activity.
