No.

Games can only be loaded through Nintendont using the disc drive (if using a compatible Wii model), SD card, or a USB device.

how would you fit an entire gc game inside a gc memory card?... lol those things have no space, they are like 8mb worth of space at best... gc games go around 1+gb

you can get an sd card and load game from nintendont there, sd cards are dirty cheap nowadays...
