ROM Hack Extracting music files from Crossbeats rev. sunrise

All music files in this game are packed inside Capcom's MT Framework archive format (.arc with ARCC encrypted header). I tried many tools to unpack them but had no luck (arctool, kuriimu2). I also tried using Seth VanHeulen's python script to decrypt file header but it is also not worked. I attached image of error that i got from kuriimu2 and sample file.

You wont be able to decrypt them before you found the actual key (keys, incase of you having any updated version of the game), which will get pretty hard for their filetype since there has been very little work done on that game and no real info been around about the people who patched it to begin with,
so unless you know someone with a knack for reverse-engineering the binary and DLL files for the game, you might be on your own, sorry
