I just noticed I had a new warning on my profile page (I only had one before), so I tried to view it, but got this:

Tried clicking the warning bar in the bottom left of your post? This isn't the first time this has happened anyway, so it should be something that'll get fixed swiftly.

It's a confirmed issue, and for your information the last warning received was one to lower your warn level.
