Pinbox and/or Twilightmenu++

I want to play windows games on my ds but I already have Twilightmenu++ running, am I able to have both active at the same time? If not which one is better for overall playing capabilities? Are there any other options for playing windows games on the 3ds?

maybe dosbox for playing ms dos games but if you want to stream your pc and your 3ds is a "new" model then use moonlight
