As complete as save as I could get before I literally could not stomach the game anymore.

Latest save spawns you into the Immigrant town; earlier saves also included for funsies. Includes:
-As many DLC tablets as the game allows you to grab in one file; near all are meaningless and just there to ease monster capturing, but the three story-related ones ARE included.
-Many, but far from all, monster classes unlocked on characters.
-Many, but far from all, jobs maxed on characters.
-All tablets completed, final dungeon available, The Almighty beaten and available in the center of your town.

Save does NOT include significant investment in monster recruiting though, because it's the most superfluous mechanic known to man. I do also know saves exist out there with ALL DLC tablets available, spread across multiple files; you can find one of those at https://archive.org/details/dragon-quest-7-preserved_20240405.

Fun little aside - this save was actually used in active Wireshark / HTTP network traffic dumping for building out Pretendo reference data. Hopefully means the day'll come where these sort of things aren't needed.
