THIS TOOL IS NO LONGER NEEDED! As of CATSFC 1.11 or later by Nebuleon, the emulator directly supports the old-format cheat database available at http://www.mightymo.net and thus this tool is not needed (and in fact using this converter will make the cheat files no longer work).
Since the emulator supports the database directly, this tool is useless and this is the final version, only uploaded to point out that you shouldn't be using it anymore.
