You'll need Internet to download the covers.
Here's how to use it:
Extract contents to the root of SD/USB device. You should now have a folder called "usb-loader"
Open that folder and open "CfgLoaderConfigurator.exe"
Once it's loaded, go to the "Wizards" tab and choose "Cover Download":
Choose "Add games from folder" and navigate to your WBFS folder:
Then click: "Download all games covers". In this case, I was missing this game's covers, but the Wizard downloaed all the necessary files and conveniently placed them in their respective folders.
Click Accept, and close all the windows.
Congratulations, now you have your Covers in your favourite USB Loader!
