Usage:
Drag and drop a PS1 MCR save file onto the program. It will generate a VMP that you may use with your Vita/PSP.
You may also drag and drop a VMP file and extract the contained MCR file for editing or sharing.
Or use CMD: ./vita-mcr2vmp <memorycard.mcr|SCEVMC*.VMP>

Thanks a lot to @AnalogMan151 Added conversion to MCR (along with auto-detect), code clean up, and many other fixes and things, hes also provided the binaries.
Usage:
Drag and drop a PSX MCR/Vita VMP save file onto the exe. It will generate a VMP or MCR (depending on the input file) that you may use with your Vita's PSP emulator.
Or use CMD:
./vita-mcr2vmp mem.mcr
./vita-mcr2vmp SCEVMC<0|1>.VMP
