Thank you for your message.
I remember finding this playthrough back in the days, but the issue that the cutscenes are engine-generated still remains.
This is why I can't convert them into the game (or write my own subtitles and do so), like I did with the tutorials and ending scene (which...
Use Wii Backup Manager to convert your game into an ISO (or better, a WBFS) : this software should automatically split the file for it to be compatible with FAT (and WBFS is only 1,4Go anyway).
I want to rule out the possibility that the injection went wrong : then if your game still doesn't...
You mean as "translated"? I guess @wiiAdventurer wanted to keep a clean list? (FYI, I did "Zangeki" a few years ago. Please call it "Blades of Reginleiv" now, because apparently the name I chose sticked on the Internet :shy:)
Thank you, @wiiAdventurer!
I'm taking the liberty to put the trailer here, since it's probably the part of this project I can be the most proud of ! (I learnt the word "kusoge", for "shitty games", because of"Kizuna"!)
BTW, I left you a little "thank you" in the readme. ;)
Long live...
Good day everyone!
The patch for "Golden Bonds" is available for download (link published on the 1st page of this thread).
Thank you all for your patience, I hope the game will, despite its flaws, still be somehow enjoyable to you!
Time for me to get some rest, but I'll gladly read about your...
One thing S&P2 could have done better would have been to make the "Kachi & Isa" mode available right off the bat : it makes it possible to switch between the two in one player mode, makes more variety, and can ease up things a lot, considering some moments are easier with the other character...
What are you saying? You don't like Sin & Punishment 2!?! I adore this game : I think it might be THE hidden gem of the Wii! I felt like it was sooo robbed of its success!
You're right, there definitely seems to be more than meet the eye, although the end of the review contained images of a game that I find even more intriguing.
Anyone else feels like "Kekkaishi: Kokubourou no Kage" looks extra fun?
I found some other artworks on the Internet, coming from what used to be the game's website (has been down for a while, and since it was apparently in Flash, even the Internet Archive can't really help me).
Thankfully, someone had taken screenshots (albeit in low quality), and I'm doing my best...
Actually, I believe almost all of the games I did had an "after credits" : Earth Seeker would unlock more missions, Ikenie had the "true ending", and even an "Eroge" chapter if you completed all the challenges, most of "Takt" story would be playable after you did the "light" and "dark"...
In the great tradition of Japanese games, finishing "Ougon No Kizuna" unlocks an "after credits" mode, with another city to explore, and more (and longer) quests to complete... I'm playing the game to exhaustion!
So, I won't say much before the patch is actually released (beta testing in progress, but the main story is almost complete)... But I've been working on "Golden Bonds" / "Ougon No Kizuna" trailer with a special guest, who you will get the privilege to hear ! Stay tuned!
Sometimes (rarely), I end up being proud of a sentence that I think manages to retain the original meaning, while looking like it was written in English in 1st place.(アタシはお花を眺めてる方が好きなの野蛮なことはキライよ)
("I prefer to look at flowers. I hate barbarism")
VR had the chance to integrate with existing games and tech but VR companies said "NO, I WANT MY SHIT TO BE STANDALONE AND MY GAMES EXCLUSIVE TO FACEBOOK"
Back when Oculus Rift was still starting out and being demoed around, they modded existing games to use it as a 360° immersive screen thing and that was AMAZING.
The tech isn't there for affordable power enough VR headsets at a good market value yet sadly, oculus had a good idea but didn't have enough funds for marketing iirc
But now it's "can I use my VR set with my racing games, that would be neat?" "ONLY IF YOU USE OUR DILDOSTICK CONTROLLERS AND RUN THE GAME ON OUR ANDROID-UNDERPOWERED BRICK"
These are the same type of gamers that spend $2,000 on a GPU when a $600 GPU gives nearly the same outcome which is what the market looks at for them to do spend more on unneeded bs
