    Anyone who runs emulators on their windows PC, what Front end do you recommend. I've used Launchbox years ago. I've gotten so many suggestions; retrobat, playnite emudeck.     Turbo/ PC engine CD help

    I'm currently using the turbo engine emulator. I'm trying to run the CD game Sapphire. I get this error when the game starts. Other CD games like Ys work fine. I have the bios, not sure what I'm doing wrong.
