Can i doemat Henkaku PS vita?

I have a first gen PS Vita (fat) with 16 GB Sony memcard, it was long years in my drawer.
It's hacked with the first released Henkaku exploit (FW3.60), and installed with many homebrew apps, and plugins.
Now I will jailbreak with the new Enso CFW, with the PS Vita hack step by step guide.
My question is, can I format this PS Vita that I can start from scratch the jailbreak?

You can if you want too, but you be wasting time going through unjailbreak then jailbreak again.
