That is the OG. You will probably want to use Wood R4 as it's more up to date than the official kernel for the R4. Make sure it's the original Wood R4 (you should be able to find it in the downloads section here) not one of the versions modded for the many R4 clones that exist. You can also use YSmenu, Wood R4 is more feature rich though.
There are no "drivers".

Note that you can only use MicroSD cards up to 2 GB, and it won't work on unmodified DSi or 3DS consoles, you need a special launcher to launch it on a hacked DSi/3DS.
