Gaming save transfer from disk to digital

hey i switched my external drive on my ps5 and when i tried to download spiderman ps4 from my disk there was always a problom and now i downloaded the game digital from the all new ps plus and when i entered it my save wasent there can some help my with that ???

Maybe different title id.

how can i check it and if its different how can i change it ???

The title id for the disc is on the case and disc. You can search for the game on the Playstation store on pc. The link will have the title id in it.

i diffrent what can i do now ??? (the digital is the game of the year edition and the disk isnt)
