Setting up and modding MKT to use Custom Music
This is gonna be a very long tutorial so buckle up, a few months ago Me and a user that goes by Blurro discovered that audio clips or courses can me modified to play any music we want
since the Mii tour (as by making this post) is coming this will still work you just have to redo the music files on every new tour
a pain in the ass i know.
anyways let's get started!
BTW You will need a pc and a rooted device.

Make sure your device is rooted.
Download MKT from google play, sign in and let the game data download
get MT Manager explorer and go to data/data/com.nintendo.zaka/files/nabe/
scroll to the bottom and copy the "b" directory this is where your audio files are then place the dir onto your storage where the pc can access it
then from your pc, plug in your device then copy the b folder onto the desktop
you now have your audio dump from the latest tour! on to the next step!

once you have mktmodformat and the catalog.txt drag and drop your b folder onto mktmodformat.exe and a new folder will output your audio files in a .pck format
the course files you need to look for goes like this as a example
"BgmRaceClassic_Gn64_KalimariDesert.pck"
look for the same size from the .pck file in your b folder to tell which is what

Open Ravioli and drag and drop your file from the b folder by identifying it's size, then look for the timer at the bottom right since we will need this except for the final lap fanfare wem
-using bnkutil
open a cmd prompt in the same directory bnkutil is and enter this command
bnkutil -unpack -b FileName.pck -o WemsOut
replace FileName.pck with the full name of the .pck file

go ahead and open audacity, drag and drop your wav file into audacity or just open it then depending on the seconds of the first wav e.g 2 seconds set this as seen here
before exporting make sure your Db count is 5+ by dragging the slider under + and - on the audio track
we want exactly 2.5 seconds.
then press f1, R click then audio clips and split the audio track
the click the 1st split, and export then do it for the 2nd one and make sure current selection is set for each one too
Open WWise launcher and launch WWise, start a new project and import your audio files, then open default convert setting sand them this exactly as shown
then convert them by selecting your wavs then going to Project>Convert all audio files
now go to C:\Users\YourUser\Documents\WwiseProjects\ProjectName\.cache\Windows\SFX to grab your wem files

then drag and drop your .pck file onto wemreplacer this will output a patched file, if you don't get "file is too large!" then you done it right!

plug your device back into your computer and drag and drop your patched .pck file into (android storage)/Documents/TourMods/Music
Make sure your catalog.csv is in there too on the TourMods dir
Open the MKT Mod manager app and give perms, apply mods, launch the game, play the course you patched the .pck for and your music will play when the race starts
