Sonic Mania Blue Spheres Trophy Glitches

So it's great that Sonic Mania on Vita now has trophies. But 'Full Metal Jacket' and 'No Way? No Way' won't pop. From what I read from official guides, you only need to complete all the Blue Spheres special stages from the star posts, getting all Gold. There's a Mania Mode in Extras that changes things up a bit. Are we supposed to clear that or are the trophies glitched?

Follow-up with screenshots. I have all the gold medals, but the trophies that require you to get all Silver and all Gold respectively don't pop. Anyone else have this issue?
