I have a problem with replacing dead HDD in my Xbox one S.
I got xbox of ebay with dead HDD, so i try to replace it with other 1tb hdd.
I use a xboxonehdd master 9 toll to format and prep-er my new hdd.
I download OSU1, OSU2, OSU3 updates but non of them want perform the offline update.
I didn't know whats the problem, so I decide to try new hdd on my working Xbox One S, I pulled out hdd and installed NEW hdd same problem OSU offline update crashed exactly the same like on Xbox with faulty HDD. Then I suspect maybe HDD is not compatible with XBOX so I did copy files from working HDD to this NEW hdd and my xbox work with it.
So I'm confused why there is a problem to put new system on this HDD and why OSU wan't work.
If You guys have any ideas how to Install system on my XBOX with faulty HDD.
