ROM Hack Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Need help with bdat editing

I recently hit a roadblock with trying to edit the bdat/json files for Xenoblade 3 where editing any BTL files made it so most role actions don't fill the Talent Gauge anymore. Does anyone happen to know what happened here?
