I simply applied this awesome theme to the new 1.75 firmware that adds SDHC support. All credit to the original author.
How to install:
Extract ezfla_up.bin to root of sd card (you will need a non SDHC card for this unless 1.75 has already been applied).
Boot up your GBA with the card in place while holding down R until the update starts.
All done.
