    You don't extract the banner from the rom, you have to create it yourself. You're in lucky because I happen to have a banner and sound for Plant vs. Zombie. Please find it in the attachment.

    Probably you have already tried, but try doing a fresh YANBF install and converting a new CIA again. Also update the Twilight Menu and bootstrap to the latest version.
