I am using a USB to Sata with dedicated ac power. I've tried restarting the wii U with it plugged into different ports and hot swapping it with no luck.

ZJust add the FW img loader like for the browser method. But rename your old payload.elf and then put your old payload.elf back once you have ISFShax installed
