About original cartridges on OFW after use on CFW with cheats.

First of all, sorry for my bad english.
I have an oled with picofly mod and im skeptical to use my original cartridges yet.
Didnt install nsp on sysnand,only on emunand, i did not even boot on OFW until now... i wanna know if its safe to use my original cartridges and even download the updates from eshop in that case and if use previously on CFW and used save editor (only "legit", no fake/impossible pokemons for example) or cheats its still safe?

Nothing is saved to the cartridges, so it sounds fine, unless you manually transfer a particularly shonky save from emu to sys
