mario and luigi superstar saga not working on gbarunner2

so i wanted to play some mario & Luigi superstar saga then i put my r4 cartidge on my DSi opened gba runner 2 but the only problem is that the game crashes when the first battle its about to start I tried Twilight menu too but it didn't work, if someone knows to fix this please reply, I just wanna play some Mario & Luigi superstar saga

Or you could just buy your own cartridge, or play it on Switch, or get a GBA flashcart, or wait for GBARunner3.
