i installed DK94, took my save file from my TWL++ roms folder, used a hex editor to resize it to 32 KB, put it in 3ds/Checkpoint/saves/Donkey Kong [number I don't remember]/PLEASE WORK, and restored it, but it says "save file is corrupted". is there any way to do this that i'm missing?
