This was made out of necessity - I have not seen a PS2 themed theme for OPL available.

This is my first ever "theme" although no asset is truly mine.
I removed the sound files so I could upload this here - personally running it with PS2 bios sounds.
There is no info page, and the theme is under 400KB in hopes of faster loading.
Standard definition - hoping to convert to a first HD theme soon.
I would love to see more OPL Themes by other users! PS2-Home has a massive archive but I cannot browse their site successfully.
