It does not actually sign (with sighax) the resulting file, so it shouldn't be installed directly to the kernel partitions or a flashcard. Use firmtool instead for these purposes.
Compared to the official source code on GitHub, this version is slightly tweaked for the convenience of Windows users (version information in in-app help and file properties, statically linked)
