Streetpass Mii Plaza games disappearing?

Hi! This has been going on for a while, but for some reason my Streetpass Mii Plaza DLC that I download from the hShop tends to disappear after about 2 days, and thus I have to reinstall it. I also don't enter the eShop which was something I kept seeing online on how to keep the DLC. Is there any way to keep the DLC? Thanks.

nope, standard lenovo 128gb micro SD from walmart

Happens to me too, doesn't seem to be an online thing but rather the system just... deleting it on its own due to them not being actually owned? e.g. it somehow realizes the ticket isn't legit so gets rid of them

Without ever connecting to the eShop (from the menu or in-game)?

Afaik it doesn't connect to the eShop? I never open the eShop from the HOME Menu and nothing seems to prompt it to connect to the eShop in-game. If it's somehow connecting to nintendo, it's probably doing it in the background for spotpass I'm guessing?

I see.

The only times I lost the DLC without opening the shop were when I explored the Bravely Default menus two days ago and ended up starting a connection attempt (for some payed help) wich failed, and some years ago when I accidentally talked to the Plaza bunny selling more minigames. Plus yesterday's mii data corruption but it's clearly not the case here.
