I noticed some games will say there is an update even when fully updated. For example Animal Crossing already at 1.5 but says there is an update, Mario Kart 7 is at 1.2 but says there is an update. When I launch the games I see the version, why does it still think there is an update?
Long story short my emunand 3DS filesystem got corrupt. I can access most things including steps data, I am trying to move several things over to a new system. I was able to successfully move Mii Plaza with all the visitors, as well as Activity log partially, its empty but if I put in or run a...
Title pretty much says it all, I have a regular 3DS and a New 3DS, update to newest Luma went without a problem on the standard 3DS but on NEW 3DS I keep getting "loader" exception errors and crashes. Do I need to update anything else when updating Luma? What gives? My system is running in...
Minecraft requires MS account for online, on top of that a Nintendo Account.
Is there any way to 'fake' that stuff so that Switch Minecraft can connect to a LAN server (and play with people that are on PC on the same LAN) without Switch connecting to anything outside (as to not get a ban)?
So in the early days if you had AutoRCM and held the power button then chose Shut Down it would look like the Switch was off, but it would actually be in AutoRCM and would drain battery. So the way you would actually shut down is Hold Power -> Reboot, and hold + or - vol button, then choose...
Ive set up a fresh Emunand when transitioning from SXOS to Atmosphere, got all my saves backed up and restored via JKSV, but user profile says I just started playing those games (something like Animal Crossing should say like 150 hours or whatever). Is there a way to save/restore that data?
EDIT: Solution here - https://gbatemp.net/threads/frustrated-by-lack-of-good-atmosphere-tutorials-out-there.587702/page-2#post-9457204
Ive been using SXOS for 3 years, zero issues. But due to recent events I am trying to switch over to Atmosphere. Ive spent 8 hours trying to get it to run. My...
Trying to migrate from SXOS to Atmosphere, got latest Hekate 5.5.5, latest Atmosphere, latest sigpatches, Was able to convert SXOS emunand via Hekate. Can boot into CFW no problem.
But when I try to boot into emunand I get the following "Pkg2 decryption failed". And like I said I have the latest...
So, I currently have switch using sxos and emunand. Sysnand is on 4.x and emunand is 10.x
I think XCI arent supported by Atmosphere. I dont use them. Any other things that arent supported by Atmosphere?
My main concerns are emunand and being able to continue to boot with SXOS dongle.
So, seeing a new firmware update from Nintendo today reminded me that I have two WiiUs sitting on a shelf. Currently when I boot up I have to run an e-Shop modified Haxchi. Then I can use it as normal. I am just wondering, in the last 2 years, have there been any improvements to this method...
So my switch goes to 1% after about an hour of play, then works at 1% for about another hour. I tried letting it drain all the way then charge it all the way up, but it doesnt seem to be helping re-calibrate the battery. I heard I can do this manually with hekate. I use SXOS, how do I get into...
Been playing Pokemon Sword/Shield on cfw switch. Have no interest of going online, but would like to know if its possible to get game's Wild Area updates (that change out wild pokemon once in a while via download), onto an offline cfw switch? Via some NPS or something or other.
Thanks!
Here is the cart I am using and the error I get.
I tried using FAT and FAT32 formatting of the SD card, same problem. I also tried 2DS (unhacked) and DS Lite. Same error on both.
The guide hasnt been updated yet, so I just want to make sure the NTRBOOT method will still work if I update a brand new 2DS I just picked up today (
11.13.0-45U). It came with 11.8 out of the box. Safe to update to today's firmware then proceed with hack?
I converted a few XCI games to NSP so that I can have them installed. I am wondering if there would be any benefit of getting actual eShop versions of those games? Or is it the same thing in the end?
Also some questions about Emunand.
Does it behave the same way SysNand behaves? In other words, to fully shut down still have to reboot into SX menu and shut down from there? Still have to use AutoRCM (unless I want to short rails every time I boot)... etc... basically everything is the same...
It is a 32GB model, WUP-010(ASI), got it in the USA, the guy I got it from must have got it while traveling. the sticker on the back just says the model number and a few more lines about battery and thats about it. 80% of the sticker is blank. Same deal on the console sticker WUP-101(09)
Is...
ive done some googling and see some tutorials/apps to do this from 2016. Surely there are better methods now? Basically I have a bunch of games that I bought, and I want to not put in the disc to play them. How do I dump them either to internal memory or to external HDD? I already have Haxchi.
