I've tested the last commit (handling gba irqs during rom fetches) downloaded from github action page for 53-allow-gba-irqs-during-rom-fetch branch. And I still noticed some noises in zelda minish cap. So I think it has something to do with the latest commit.
Anyway, I'm glad it is fixed now...
The latest commit that support for out-of-bounds rom reads seems to have sound glitches fixed in a lot of games!
Such as Rhythm Tengoku and zelda minish cap. These games are almost perfect now! :grog:
Maybe it's better to have a rom brower in GBARunner3? Because it's a bit slow (and more SD card reading) to load and restart TWLMenu++ everytime you want to change game in GBARunner3.:)
I compiled your sram-write branch and it works great on my dsi. I can use it for everyday use now. :grog:
For the NDS, maybe add a key combination (or an option if option menu is implemented) for manually save sram to sd card?
What does Gericom's new project GCDTool (https://github.com/Gericom/GCDTool) used for?
Can we flash the GCD rom to a flashcard, and use a magnet to trigger ntrboot and load a firm on sdcard, like we do for 3DS? :yaynds:
Yes I know open_agb_firm is for 3ds, I just make an example. :)
OK, so with this new exploit we can run codes like running CFW on SD card even if the emmc is broken. sweat.
Yes I installed hiyaCFW and it's great. I just wonder what can this new exploit take us. Maybe a firm chainloader so we can load firms like loading open_agb_firm for 3DS?
The latest commit solved the sound crackling in golden sun 2. Can you include config for the japanese version (Ougon no Taiyou - Ushinawareshi Toki), or can I just copy and rename the AGFE00.json file to same file name to be used with the japanese version?
I found that some game's saving don't work with GBARunner3. Mr.driller2 as an example.
Maybe sram patch doesn't work in GBARunner3?
And if I run some games with GBARunner3, then run them with GBARunner2, GBARunner2 will stop working with a message 'save file too small'.
