I did a grep for pspconfig and ps3 on the database and found two more instances where pspconfig pointed to a ps3 config.
They should all be fixed...

EDIT: there was a typo in the database where it pointed to the PS3 config and not the PSP config.

I think that most of the heavy lifting is already done by changing it to a latin alphabet, changing the size of dialog boxes and such so that one could just "replace the portugese ascii string with a swedish or english string of equal...
Can you link me with the bin/cue files? Or instructions where I can get the translation?
I can match the game based on md5sum worst case.
Or, if you just try to convert it it will print a line of text "MD5SUM ..." That line is all I need and I can match the game.

I did add a feature just now to make it possible to set the boot-logo image instead of the p.o.p.s standrd one. Some people said this was a feature you wanted, so I added it.

Offset 16 into startdat specifies where the boot PNG starts, default 0x50)
Offset 20 is the length of the boot logo.

The config is per disk and is inserted at offset 0x420 (0x20 into block 2) into the PSISOIMG section of the eboot.pbp
