Hacking Can a Switch version save file of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes be converted to a PC version?

In its current state, playing the game on the Switch feels uncomfortable. Not only does the menu feel sticky, but the game tends to crash or freeze randomly, too. It's quite a painful experience, sometimes.

I dunno about save conversion, but setting CPU to 1.5 makes stuff responsive enough for me
