So I was playing NBA2K17 MyCareer when the power was cut off turn it on when it goes back up and find out that the file is now corrupted or unreadable to the game can you help me on this problem?

You're pretty much screwed over if you cannot recover it. Try using a hard disk recovery utility such as one from EaseUS.
If I remember correctly there was a recover deleted/corrupted data function in fatxplorer (it may also be that it is only included in the paid version)......otherwise you could maybe create a save with the horizon modtool that comes close to your old one.
