I wouldn't cancel it but there are faaaaaar too many fixtures and new daft competitions which now throw up weekends like this when friendlies are the order of the day.
I get its nice to prep a little before a tournament... And we don't get to say that very often but too many meaningless games don't create an atmosphere or mindset of competition.
This weekend has been dull as hell, I didn't even bother with our mauling from Netherlands. They didn't have to bother really, we were always gonna be the ones to step up but then the inevitable crumble puts us back to square one in terms of preparation as they will be shot of confidence now! All the good work before the score became dreadful is null and void!
Qualifiers, maybe a bounce game or two then goto the tournament. Keep it simple!
