Emulation Portal of Power emulator?

All right i have a question. Does anybody knows emulator for Portal of Power?

Im actually a big Skylanders fan, but i know that there is emulator for rpcs3 or project D.I.R.E, but i need some equipment to do it. Is there is a program for emulators (Dolphin, Cemu) or emulator for pc? (kinda like LD ToyPad emulator)

I tried emulating skylanders in rpcs3 but in my pc it runs so bad, so I need to emulate it on dolphin or cemu

In another forum was a program to emulate it, but the link doesn´t work, but maybe the user who posted it have the program
