That's what YouTube Rewind is.
Every year, YouTube itself puts up a video on their site, and it's supposed to summarize the trends of the year. This is YouTube Rewind. (It's a "rewind" of the year or something, thus the name.) The rewind video for 2018 managed to become the most disliked video on all of YouTube. (i.e. it's not worth watching)
