ON Unity (where all FNaF Demakes are Made) they have to get Compressed so that the 3ds doesent Crash, in the original Game all Sprites are loaded in at once and ON Unity its the Same Case.pardon my ignorance but why is it so pixelated?

sorry for late reply But its in his discord you can go into it by going into the Garrys mod 3ds thread then pressing discord try all 3 of them to (at the moment it only works with New3DS)is there a download for this? it looks really cool!
