Why do you need 60 FPS patch for game with unlocked framerate? :v To lock it to 30 FPS use FPSLocker.
You don't need to understand when it's unlocked already...
I see recently an increase in people asking for 60 FPS cheat/mod without even checking if game in fact needs it.
You don't see this unlocked framerate in this particular game because game has shitty performance, and struggles with even getting 30 FPS without OC.

If you don't use emulator, FPSLocker works with any version of Skyrim + has patch adjusting Dynamic Resolution timing, for FC 24 you can download patch from FPSLocker.

Yep. I tried that on the game. Stays at 30. Hits 30 - 60 when you first boot it up or when you are inside houses/buildings. Try it and enable the FPS counter so you can see for yourself.

You seem to have a screenshot attached my bad. Roam the area and have the fps counter on so it's more accurate. That's the same thing when I first booted it up.

btw @BigOnYa the health bar doesnt decrease when i take damage (and yes i put the "at the beggining of the scene change value of greenflatbar: set to Protagonistcopmode.Health::Health())

@Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here. -

I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
