If whoever has ruled not to change the name for whatever reason, it's the admins/mods decision. To be quite honest with regard to one of your previous statuses you came across as quite aggressive and rude hence the more flies with honey comment. If I was a mod/admin and saw "mods you better accept my name change" I wouldn't be too inclined to change your name either
