I can't find the button to ask a question

I can't see the "Ask a question" button a the top of the page
Can someone help me?

I have added an Ask button on the Ask! home page with instructions that should provide clarity.

Maybe you can only ask a question when you've hit 100 posts? (You're not that far off anyway)

Anyhow, that's likely the case.

Edit: The requirement is now only 5 posts.
