No game cover in .iso (can't creat directory)

I recently hacked my Wii and game launching works very well (only in .iso), however, I don't have the game covers. When I try to download them, I get an error message 'can't create directory' and I don't know where that comes from.
I formatted my USB key with WBFS Manager i also try to format in fat32 and use wbfs game.
I also have a problem with USB Loader, when I change the settings, they are not save.
