another successful compile. I tested it on the vwii. one thing worth noting is that the controller had to be turned off, then back on for the inputs to work. however, it is a version 0.10, so expect bugs. it did run at full speed as well:

thanks!
3d special stages are slow but the rest of the game runs perfectly!
that will likely be fixed. I think all the rest of the ports of the game had the same problem. in fact, I just did a new android build, at someone's request, that seems to fix the 3d special stages' speed, so it's a common problem.

can it run at 240p or is it not possible due to the wider screen

(would it be possible to resize the camera field view to 320x240 to integer scale?)
I'm not sure. I'd imagine it would be low priority, considering most new hd tvs can't even display 240p.

Stupid idea but maybe add gamecube/Classic controller support for the game?
Not a stupid idea, Wii Classic Controller and GCN controller support will be very neat for this native Wii port.

Wii Classic Controller (and Nunchuk) support was added at this commit, even when they're now improving it:
https://github.com/Mefiresu/RSDKv5-Decompilation/commit/03bfbc312aa8604646e5be635d1e4c1d4a513ec2

The Nintendo GameCube controller support is also being worked, look at this PR (Pull Request):
https://github.com/Mefiresu/RSDKv5-Decompilation/pull/6

I wasn't sure if it was included in the one above, but I just did a build of that commit. I used git checkout for both that and the android one, though it was only for the RSDKv5 as you need the base Sonic Mania one for this builds as well, so hopefully it worked. it said the right information about what was added, so I think I did it right. let us know if it worked:

and what is the command i have to type in MSYS2 for compile this Wii port?
btw, I forgot to mention that you need to delete the Game file. it's mostly a placeholder, then take the SonicMania folder from the main repo, put it the RSDKv5 decompilation directory and rename it Game or it won't compile. that's pretty much all you have to do.

Are you near sea/salt water, or in general they just don't last. Sounds like if you driving a mercedes, you need a garage. I get snow n ice here so nothing worse than clearing that shit off at 6am rushing to get to work.
