The first thing you must do is to backup everything.
After you install hekate, do backup the emmc.
Then backup the key...
Black screen could be anything.
It could be the screen dead (maybe corrotion).
Or the screen connector broken.
Or the emmc line broken (cmd / dat / clk).
Or power broken.
Or something else.
If you want to know, then you need to buy some Logic Analyzer or Oscilloscope then you need to find a way to clip pin in the oled connector, and find some unusual signal. Then you trace back what line produce those unusual signal, it will ended...
What i mean by 'pull up' is the cmd line normal is high voltage, data low voltage.
Resistor under the triangle is the cmd line pullup resistor its should be 4k7 (cmiiw).

I swapped the emmc, it works now. I had full backups of the old original emmc, that is RAW GPP and BOOT0/1, as well as prod keys. I'm hoping just restoring them will work and won't get me banned. I never dumped the bis keys so I hope I didn't...
If the emmc is totally dead, you'll get different error.
There will be no white led, in the first time you turn on the picofly.
Those white led means picofly writing to the emmc.
If its failed, it will throws error.
